98pka Terms and Conditions – Rules, Policies & User Agreement

01 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and use 98pka, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 98pka does not accept registrations from minors under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under the laws applicable to you personally.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 98pka or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not have previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by 98pka for violations of these terms.

98pka reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. This typically takes the form of a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) submission. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be held pending.

02 Account Registration & Security

When registering your 98pka account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or contact details — is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 98pka account at any time.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and login credentials.
• You must not share your account with any other person or allow any other person to access your account.
• You must notify 98pka support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• 98pka will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Account details including username, registered mobile number, and CNIC may not be transferred to another person.

If you forget your password or are locked out of your account, contact 98pka support directly through the live chat or support email. Do not attempt to create a new account as a workaround — this will be treated as a duplicate account violation.

03 Deposits & Payments

All deposits to your 98pka account must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits made from a payment account belonging to someone other than the registered account holder — are not accepted and will be reversed.

• Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and supported mobile wallets.
• All deposits are processed in PKR. There are no currency conversion charges on 98pka.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your account balance within a few minutes under normal conditions.
• Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.
• 98pka does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

98pka reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct as outlined in these terms.

04 Withdrawals & Processing

Withdrawals from your 98pka account are subject to the following conditions. Please read these carefully before submitting a withdrawal request to avoid delays.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account that is registered in your own name and matches the name on your 98pka account.
• Your first withdrawal requires completed CNIC verification. This is a one-time requirement.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within one hour under standard conditions. This may be longer during periods of high demand or system maintenance.
• Bank transfer withdrawals typically settle within one business day, subject to your bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawal requests submitted over weekends or public holidays may experience slightly longer processing times.
• 98pka reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal at its discretion.
• Any active bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are satisfied.

If a withdrawal has not arrived within the stated timeframe, contact 98pka support with your transaction reference number. Do not submit duplicate withdrawal requests as this can cause delays in processing.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

98pka offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. The general conditions below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonuses are only available to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in each individual promotion.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed.
• Wagering requirements vary by promotion. The specific requirement (e.g., 10x, 20x) is always stated clearly on the promotion page.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first by default unless a specific promotion specifies otherwise.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined or stacked unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses that have not been used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your account.
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 98pka reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and games on 98pka are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or modified after it has been accepted by the system, except where a specific market rule provides otherwise.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an obviously incorrect price or payout being offered, 98pka reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, and domestic Pakistani cricket — are subject to the standard cricket betting rules as published in the Betting section of the platform.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability. Live market prices can change rapidly; the price at which your bet is confirmed is the price that applies.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. Results are independent of previous outcomes and cannot be influenced by any external factor.
• Fish game results and multipliers are governed by the game provider's published rules, which are accessible within each game.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed before you confirm your bet.

98pka reserves the right to limit or restrict betting activity on specific markets or for specific accounts where unusual patterns are detected, at its sole discretion.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 98pka. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register under false details.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool that places bets or interacts with the platform without direct human input.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption connected to sporting events offered on the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live casino or multiplayer formats.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds connected to any illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 98pka staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party.

08 Responsible Gaming

98pka is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment — not a way to earn income or solve financial problems. The following tools and policies are in place to support responsible play.

• Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased until a cooling-off period has passed.
• Session time reminders can be activated to alert you when you have been playing for a specified period.
• Self-exclusion is available to any player who feels they need a break from gambling. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and can be set for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent.
• If you self-exclude, you will be prevented from logging in and no marketing communications will be sent to you during the exclusion period.

98pka does not extend credit to players. You can only play with funds that you have deposited into your account. Chasing losses with further deposits is not something we encourage, and our responsible gaming tools are designed to help prevent this pattern.

09 Account Suspension & Termination

98pka reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or use of the platform for illegal purposes.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Chargeback requests filed against 98pka through a payment provider.
• Being found to be under the age of 18 at the time of registration.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 98pka will make reasonable efforts to communicate the reason and expected timeline to the affected player via their registered contact details. Where an account is closed permanently for a breach, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any bonus funds and investigation findings) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to the outcome of any investigation.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily can do so by contacting 98pka support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours under normal circumstances.

10 Limitation of Liability

98pka provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is accessible, accurate, and reliable at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted, 98pka shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from temporary service interruptions, maintenance periods, or technical failures outside our control.
• Losses or delays resulting from issues with third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, or banking institutions.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses arising from your failure to follow the security recommendations for your account.
• Any decisions you make based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional material.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

11 Changes to These Terms

98pka may update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players through the platform or via their registered contact details. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the 98pka platform after any changes to these terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to request account closure.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. 98pka is not obligated to notify you of minor clarifications or editorial changes that do not materially affect your rights as a player.
